Making Herbal Teas
Barks, Berries, and Roots
2 tablespoons of herb to 8 oz. water
Simmer on low heat for 15-30 minutes, strain and enjoy
(may dilute with hot water once ready if to strong)
Flowers and Leaves
Can follow instruction above or
2 tablespoons of herb to 8 oz. hot water
Let steep for 10-30 minutes, strain and enjoy
If feeling the need for sweet, please use natural sweetners such as honey, cane sugar, agave, or stevia
